South Park: Stick of Truth for 35% off?

I don’t know anything about this site, but they’re selling preorders for 35% off (less than $40). Not sure if it’s legit, but it does use Paypal. I didn’t expect the game to be a full $60 upon release so the deal certainly is tempting. Then again, we all know what Cartman says about preorders:
